talkie-ai.io produces editorial writing about Talkie AI: explainers, official links, pricing and status notes, and the legal pages you are reading. It does not create, host, or store sexually explicit visual material. The graphics here are original brand and diagram assets, not depictions of real people. Because no such content is produced, the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not attach to this site, and no such records are kept.

Where responsibility sits

The access page and its comparisons describe, and sometimes link to, third-party AI platforms. Where any of those allow adult content, compliance with § 2257 and equivalent obligations rests with that platform and its operator, not with talkie-ai.io. On Talkie specifically, output is generated by the app's own models behind a strict content filter that blocks sexual material, and content involving minors is banned outright. That filter behaviour is documented under the sourcing method.
